Armen Koloyan elected Executive Director of Public Radio of Armenia
14 August 2024The Armenian Council of Public Broadcasters has elected Armen Koloyan as the new Executive Director of the Public Radio of Armenia. He has worked in media since the 1980s and was at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty for the last 30 years.
The Armenian Council of Public Broadcasters has elected Armen Koloyan as the new Executive Director of the Public Radio of Armenia.
Armen Koloyan has worked in the media industry for around forty years. He spent most of his career at the Armenian Service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty where he worked for over 30 years. During his time, he covered international events, hosted news broadcasts, and prepared original radio and video programmes on topics ranging from politics to music, culture, and sport.
He is the co-founder of the Armenian Saturday School in Prague.
