Youth Radio Heads community

The Youth Radio Heads community is made up of heads and senior managers of youth-focused/pop EBU stations. They exchange best programming and strategic practices and make the case for public service broadcasting’s impact on the wider music sector. The community has also delivered new concepts and formats, such as Europe’s Biggest Dance Show, a unique marathon of DJ-sets that travels from country to country showcasing the best dance music out there. The venture is led by BBC Radio 1. Another similar format focusing on Hip Hop and R&B is also in the works.
