Hans HoffmannWe’re thrilled to announce that the second EBU AI Summit will take place on Friday, 6 December, at the Millennium Events and Conference Centre, near Lausanne.
Having listened to participant feedback in 2023, we’re building a programme around practical solutions for the AI challenges you’re facing.
You can expect expert-led sessions on the interplay between AI and copyright, ethics, journalism, accessibility, strategy and leadership, content creation, skills and workforce development, sports content, and more.
We’ll have A and B stages to accommodate a richer agenda, along with multiple breakout rooms for interactive workshops, demos, and presentations, so you can pick according to your priorities.
We're excited to welcome back Zoe Kleinman, BBC Technology Editor, who is confirmed to host the AI Summit once again.
While we strive to bring you some high-level industry speakers, we’re also committed to providing plenty of hands-on learning opportunities throughout the event.
Of course, the EBU AI Summit is, above all, a unique opportunity to connect and network with PSM leaders and peers, decision-makers, and specialists from the media and tech industry.
So whatever your area of interest or expertise, this event is a unique platform to explore how you can leverage AI and its defining impact on the future of public service media.
The AI Summit is open to EBU Members only and attendance is completely free.
Would you like to be a part of the upcoming AI Summit? Do you have a project to showcase or a prototype to demonstrate? If the answer is YES, reach out to our event team with your ideas and proposals—we’d be thrilled to hear from you!
Contact Hamdhoon Rashad and/or Francesca Matera. For demos and prototypes please contact Hans Hoffmann.
A selection of hotels in Lausanne city centre or near the venue will be available to AI Summit participants at negotiated rates.
