In 2023, European Media Freedom Act dominated our top articles. Additional themes of interest continue to be ‘A European Perspective’, the EU’s sustainability rulebook and DSA implementation. The EBU’s Legal & Policy team was consistently informing Members and advocating for their interests towards the EU Institutions.
